The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website www.artzula.com.


3.1 - It consists of the type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method of the Goods/Product/Service and the information at the time the order is finalized.

3.2 - Payment Method: Credit Card or Bank Transfer

3.3 - Since forward sales are made only with credit cards belonging to banks, the buyer will also confirm the relevant interest rates and default interest information from his bank, and in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, the provisions regarding interest and default interest will be applied within the scope of the credit card agreement between the Bank and the buyer. accepts, declares and undertakes.


The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods produced in accordance with the BUYER's special requests and demands or personalized by making additions. Artzula products are within this scope.

Aiming for 100% customer satisfaction, Artzula immediately compensates for any errors caused by itself and/or the cargo company. And it makes a new product and sends it to the buyer.

The following steps are followed for the products to be returned.

1- The complainant's claim is first carefully examined in the order details section.

2- Detailed photographs of the faulty product subject to the complaint are requested from the complainant. In cases of error that cannot be seen from the photo, the product is requested back from the BUYER for inspection. If there is any production, printing or packaging error in the product caused by Artzula, a new one will be prepared and sent to the BUYER free of charge.

3- You can cancel your order before it is put into production. However, you may not have the right to cancel your order, which is "In Production", as it is now being processed. In this case, you can contact us via e-mail or phone to cancel. If the product has not been produced yet and your cancellation request is accepted, the product amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days for payments made via money order/EFT and within 7 business days for payments made by credit card.

4- Order cancellation is not valid for faulty/defective products and a new one of the same product will be sent to the BUYER within 7 business days at the latest.

5- In case of errors/defects caused by the shipment (cargo company), it is essential for the BUYER to check the product when receiving it and keep a record in case of damage. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.

Size Change:

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, "Products that are produced specifically for the individual at the request of the buyer and made personalized by making changes or additions" cannot be returned , size changed or the product changed . Therefore, please check carefully whether there are any errors in the product you have personalized and place an order.

Color/Tone/Size Difference :

Especially in textile products, images appear slightly different on the screen and on the product. The image that looks bright on the screen may not be as bright on the fabric. Our printing technology allows the images uploaded by artists to be printed in the most vivid and high-quality manner, but there may still be tonal differences.

Worldwide accepted margin of error in textile products: max. Width: +/-2 cm, length: +/-3cm. Also valid for Artzula textile products.

3.4- Delivery will be delivered by hand to the Buyer's address specified above, through the cargo company contracted with the SELLER. Even if the buyer is not at his address at the time of delivery, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled his obligation fully and completely. For this reason, any damages arising from the late delivery of the product by the buyer and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and/or returning the cargo to the SELLER belong to the BUYER.


4.1- BUYER declares that he has read and informed the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, sales price and payment method and delivery on the website www.artzula.com and gives the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3- The BUYER is not responsible for addresses far from the city center that the cargo company chosen by the BUYER cannot deliver. Delivery locations and dates are determined according to the cargo company's practice. SELLER cannot be held responsible for this.

4.4- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

4.5- The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.

4.6- For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER and the price must be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.
